Harlequin shoe ornament
Harlequin shoe ornament
I have to credit (blame) Donna for this one! Since she posted her amazing shoes, I've been obsessing about making them for the tree this year! I printed out the pattern, traced it to a cereal box, and now have a very sturdy pattern to re-use. I even punched a hole into the pattern pieces, to keep them together. Here is my first attempt.
Paper: My Mind's Eye Bohemia Boulevard "Family Ties" Harlequin/Green #BH2071
(Can you believe the length of that name???)
RicRack-Bazzill Basics 1/16" black
Cording- I don't remember.
Ribbon-Michaels
I dusted it with powder, next time I'll be using eye shadow to match. TFL!

Ah, now I see what you mean by the cording...very nice, Luanne. Aren't they fun?
Re: Harlequin shoe ornament
OMG! This is going to be incredibly addicting!!!
I'm telling John to take the kids Saturday night, I'm off to archiver's for the crop, where I'll bang out a dozen of them. I'm thinking of adding some spanish moss and a little child's foto... Lisa suggested fairies.

That's pretty Luanne! Hope you have fun at the crop. Can't wait to see the others!
Re: Harlequin shoe ornament
Luanne if you were dusting it to use up the extra adhesive, what about a sprinkling of glitter-- especially since they are to be used as ornaments.
Re: Harlequin shoe ornament
How cute!
I like the idea of glitter - try rubbing on some stickels...
