Getting caught up with my DD canvas classes

I'm finally getting caught up with my Donna D. online canvas classes. One more to go and then there will be a new one for August.

Here is April's. I lost count of how many times I changed things on this one and it turned out NOTHING like Donna's except that I used modeling paste and a stamp. I finally gave up and called it done.

This one turned out a bit better than I thought it would because I absolutely cannot paint, but if you don't look at it close up, its not too bad.

Ain't that the truth. My next one is drawing and painting poppies and I'm pretty sure mine is going to look like some kind of alien spaceship with one leg

They turned out very nice. Donna would be the first to tell you that she wants you to make your artwork your own.
You need to be very proud of them!

What do you mean you "can't paint"!!! Sue be proud of your fantastic results. I'd say you learned a lot, made your own look and style and would also make DD proud.

Both are great!! DD said in the beginning of these canvas classes that shewants you to have your own not a duplicate of hers!! awesome job on them both!!
