I didn't want to hijack Christy's thread, so ...
I found a solution that I used for my digi calendars this year. If it were not for this solution I never would have been able to complete calendars this year. I was aggravated by the time I did January the hard way.
Check out the calendar wizard in your MS Word or MS Publisher or any other program that has one. See if you can make it save images.
I used an old version of Publisher (97) to generate a calendar for 2010, one page per month. Then I set the grid lines to invisible, removed the month names, day names, etc. Made the month sizes consistent to the CS blank grid and doubled up numbers where there were 6 weeks, not 5. You could also just keep the grids intact and use them.
Saved it as a "web site". That wrote each month's numbers to an individual jpeg file. Kept the jpegs and deleted the rest of the site.
I've finished, printed, bound and shipped 7 calendars to two different families.
Now because I needed to post this somewhere for a cousin to see ...
