Another miracle for Joel today. He avoided the ventilator again!!!

Pam, I am glad you are starting to feel better. You and Joel are in my prayers. I am so sorry you are having to go through all this.

I got to come home last evening. Still weak and shaky and a sky high blood sugar with the steroids - but I’m home and resting with stand by oxygen.
So far, no breathing crisis for Joel this morning! He’s still in ICU - maybe another week but they told him his prognosis is “good”. Holding onto to every bit of good news.

Still praying for you both.

Pam so happy you are home. Being home is always good medicine. Keeping Joel in my thoughts to come home soon too.

Checking in. My blood sugar hates these steroids but I’m still seeing breathing improvement on them. Going to attempt a short walk today. Plenty of oxygen if I need it.

Joel has a blood clot in his lung so they’ll be monitoring him even more carefully. I miss him so much. One week in the hospital for him as of today.

Mia and I are going to start our JYC albums today. I don’t have many photos but will just work on some pages. I hope to have Zain & Harris help me make tags this week. I have Farley’s challenge to inspire us.

Back to bed for a while. Thanks again for all the prayers and encouragement!!

Pam, Thank you for the updates. So glad you are home!!! You and Joel weigh heavily on my mind. Keeping a positive outlook for this to be over, and Joel home safely and healthy.

Oh Pam! If only I could be with you and give you hugs. Stay strong, keep your recovery going and know we are all keeping you and Joel in our thoughts and prayers. If we had heart emojis I’d fill the page with them.

So glad you’re home Pam. We’ll continue to pray for you and Joel. Wish I was closer to be there to help.
