Phillips. Chris Phillips.

OK, it's a bit of a stretch since it has nothing to do with sports, but the tux makes me think of James Bond.

BTW, he looks 100% better in his tux now that he's lost 100 lbs! (Go Chris!) This was taken his freshman year right before his first concert.

I made this little photo frame using the digi "It's a Hoot" kit from CS Summer Camp. I made it about four and a quarter inches square. The cover is one of the QDDLs with some of the leafy paper in the photo window. The insides are sponged and decorated with little cut-out owls.

Has anyone ever knitted with Red Heart's Sashay? I picked up a couple of skeins at Michael's and knitted this fun ruffly scarf in hardly any time. Just picked it up while I was watching tv in the evenings. What a fun product! It only takes one ball to make the scarf. I've started on a green one for myself; this one's for my mom.

Well, Pinterest sucked me in again. Pinned this tattered flowers pin, which led me to 3 different video tuts on using the tattered florals die, so I had to get that out and play today. Ended up making 2 of the 3 different kinds of flowers and loved them both.

I thought I would post my latest creation here since I'm on a roll with these decorations from Stampin' Up!. My daughter asked for a purple one. I really like this so don't know if she will get it or not. I may have to make a couple more purple.

This will go in my art journal (I do loose pages and will bind them later). I played with melting crayons today. The background is acrylic paint and the flowers and leaves are the melted crayons.

Thank you. Here's one more I did today. (Today was "me" day. I went to the flea market this morning - didn't find much :( and then I came home and played - and I may even play some more :D ).

I decided my flowers needed some leaves, so I came up with a leaf using the tattered florals die. They didn't really come out big enough for the flowers I made with the die, but they were perfect for my pinecone roses. I posted a little tutorial on how I made the leaves on my blog, http://orezonia.blogspot.com/ but here is a pic of the finished roses with their leaves.

I have started a couple of pages. Not sure what else I'm going to do with them. The one on the left is done with ink pads, the one on the right is paint. Bases colors were on before I did flowers.

Cool scarf, Rachelle!

And it reminded me that I have something for this topic. I've been knitting all Summer on the trip mainly on planes and trains.
Here are the 6th and 7th pairs of fingerless gloves that I made for gifts. I was only going to make 4 pairs but I had so much yarn leftover that I kept going and will have given them all away. except for one more pair to make that I might keep for myself.

The yarn is from Knitpicks, their City Tweed if anyone is interested. It's the first time I have used their yarn and it is very nice.

I've finshed my 8 x 8 album of our trip to France last year :cool5:
I started it when I was on a digital team with CS PSL earlier in the year, did a few more layouts in Summer Camp and finished printing it out on Saturday. It felt great to slip the pages into the album and declare it FINISHED!!

I actually got to work in my aj yesterday while waiting for the cable guy (who showed up 3 hours late  )

This is just a collaged piece I did on a base of watercolor paper.

Here's a journal page I did inspired by the Christy Tomlinson August kit. I attached her canvas creation and mine.

Here are some more LO's I made for a fundraiser. Not the best pictures, I can't seem to get my camera and computer to work with me. TFL!
