George has what the dr. described as a touch of pneumonia. He's mending fast but dangitall - men are the biggest babies when they're sick. He wanted me to take him to the ER when he hadn't even been on his antibiotics for 24 hours. Nobody has ever been as sick as he was. Just ask him.
Julie's mom was in a head-on collision Friday afternoon. She had internal bleeding, which was finally brought under control, but the worst of it was Hangman's fracture. She underwent surgery at 10:30 this morning and has a great prognosis. C2 and C3 were both involved and my understanding is that there was a complete break.
As for me - I was forced into entering the 21st century. My poor flip phone will no longer be usable soon (3G), so I ended up with a phone that I'll need videos to figure out how to use.
