Beautiful layout! What medium did you use for all the texture on the background?

Modeling paste in the upper left and lower right where I pushed a piece of chipboard in and removed for texture.
I also used Granular Gel in spots that I painted once it dried

I would like to get some paste to give something like that a try. I'll have to look next time I get to Michaels or AC Moore.
