Freezing fog. We had it this morning, too. The sun is shining now and hopefully we'll hit some higher temps today. I'm tired of being cold.

We are supossed to get a mixed bag of weather nonsense starting today, and lasting for a few days. I hate ICE, except on a skating rink!

Pat I don't even like it there! Except to watch our grand play hockey.

I can put up with the cold weather. The ice simply scares me. Trees falling, me falling, power outages, cars crashing...

It's finally 33 degrees here and I can see parts of the road again. Dreading the warm weather this week. It just doesn't feel right.

Nope, 70s in January isn't right. I still say we have schizophrenic weather in the South and that's why we all stay sick.

"mixed bag of weather nonsense" - Pat, I think that is the best description of Midwest weather that I've ever heard! LOL. That's pretty much what we've been getting today, BTW. Sun's out now, but this morning we had rain. Not sure if any of it was or has turned into ice, because I haven't been brave enough to go outside yet today. There's more than enough housework to keep me indoors all day anyway.

I just got back from my walk and it felt really good to be out, chilly but good. This is only the 2nd day in over 2 weeks that I've been able to get out. Weather and being sick have been hard to get past this January.

It was great Cheryl, thanks for asking! We had 18 people, and a good time was had by all.

It is, what it is, I guess.
I went to the grocery store with a bit of flurries happening. When I came out it was a winter wonderland! I use that term loosely. lol Pretty to look at, and dangerous to drive in. We are expecting a few inches of snow and 1/4 " of ice. Woo Hoo!

Hope the rest of your Sunday is great every one!

Pat sounds like fun.

Our back yard is full of Robins. It is January we shouldn't be seeing that many of them.

I've always got a yard full of them, along with Yellow Finch (who are greenish right now), Jays, Mockingbirds, Cardinals, Blue Birds, Nuthatch, and a host of others and some seriously fat squirrels and a new addition this year - deer.

Yes there are a lot of birds at the feeders and Joe has been putting water out there for them. Haven't seen many Jays but the Cardinals and others are feeding a lot.
We usually don't seen any deer in our yard but the neighbor across the street gets a lot in his yard.
