Here is my 'take' on this month's challenge. I started with corrugated paper, added burlap, newsprint and a flower cut from some wallpaper scraps. I adhered the burlap with brads, and covered the burlap and flower with melted wax. I highlighted the flower with bead jel and snow flakes. Then added the rest of the embies. Hope you like! Oh, the tape is the stripes on the top and the bottom. Hope that it counts

I used tape twice on here so I should get brownie points, and Lord knows I need them!! I used the aluminum flashing tape for the background and painted it black then took the brick stencil and make some orange bricks and smeared a little white gesso on top of the bricks to grunge them up. Used the Tim Holtz tape to stamp October 31 on and stamped the Happy Halloween tag and cut out the cat with my brand new Tim Holtz die I got in the mail today!! yippee!! Used some black flowers on the bottom for trim. And of course I had to give the cat a red eye to add to the creep factor.

PAULA!!!!!! I love it. I like that you used wax, too. That's something I never think about using, even though I have it in my stash. Great job!

DEB - Aluminum flashing tape - great idea. I give it a triple Yowzer!
