Anyone at ReCreate that would want to make one is welcome. I will have everything with me so they can be made. Jill will be making one for sure.

I have plenty of tulle - should I bring it?

That is totally up to you. I have 3 different colors from Stampin' Up! and a white glitter one that I got from the Wedding section at AC Moore.

I'll bring what I have. It's about 4 inches wide on a roll. As usual, we'll have more than enough, I'm sure.

Sounds good Pam. I have 2 sets of die cuts and the stamp set if you just want to stamp them. I tend to use the designer paper as stamping just adds extra time to it.
