I'm not crazy about the medallion,
not sure if it is the size or the colors.
Can you try the watch body hung on the
chain closer to the charms and the heart
from the side the way you have it now
without too much bother or maybe the medallion
width ways instead of lengthways

I'm kind fo thinking the way Jill is. The medallion is so big for such a small watch. I think hanging the heart from the bottom along with the bling you have on the top would do it.

I thought about this and
I'm not liking the medallion. Too much for the size of the watch.
take off the medallion,
hang the watch under the charms hanging
and hang heart from bottom of the watch

You guys simply rock!! I tried to wear the necklace, and didn't feel comfortable with it. So, the end result, the bling is going and I will keep the 'old stuff'!! I think that it would better reflect me. Thanks so much for the feed back -it really helped
