Hope - sign up! If enough people sign up a second group can start.

I've finally found a pattern that I think I can transfer down to 4 x 4. I'm starting to feel like I'm in 3rd grade math class again. And flunking it. LOL.

Yes--Anyone want to still sign up? Come on and do it. If we don't get enough for a second group-- I will round robin the send in's so everyone can have different results.

Does anyone have some examples or a link that they can post.

I have an idea and wanted to go ahead and get started. I just want to be sure that I am going in the right direction and not out in left field.

Hope - I did a search for quilt patterns and found quite a few. The problem for me is doing the math to convert to a 4 x 4 square. Not my strong suit.

Hope-- I haven't started mine yet-- so I don't have an example. But you go ahead. If it ends up looking like a quilt square you are fine. The beauty is in the difference of each square.

This is an unfinished prototype for my square - it's rough but it's coming along. The strips I'm using are 1/2" wide. This pattern is called Log Cabin.

beautiful Pam

I am a big fan of the log cabin block. You can make a lot of different quilts with it.

okay, I am at work and thinking about quilt patterns for the LFB swap. I really think I need to go on home because this carpet is starting to look interesting.
