11-11-11 Challenge enter thru 11/30

The last time I remembered to issue a challenge like this, it was 08-08-08. Yes, that would be three years ago (our first year!).

The challenge is to create a piece of art that reflects "where you are" on 11-11-11. Not necessarily where you are physically but if that's how you want to interpret it - fine with me. I might do a "day in my life" layout but honestly, I haven't given it a lot of thought yet.

I should have put an "end date" - you have until 11/30 to post your creation.

Hmmm... I'll be at the CKC convention in Bellevue, so I'm sure I can get some good pictures to scrap.... I'll just need to remember to print them out on Sunday and scrap them!

11/11 is veterans day and I will be off work for a holiday!!! I hope to find something really interesting to do on that day!!!

I just remembered, we'll be at a fancy schmancy wedding on the 11th. Maybe I can get a good picture of the hubby and I - sometimes we clean up pretty well.

Holy cow.
I did a layout with photos from the opening ceremonies of the Olympics.

Rob and I went to see Lewis Black do his stand-up at the Fox Theater. I wouldn't have even taken a camera, if it weren't for the challenge, but since I had the camera, I asked (when we reached our turn for an autograph) if we could take a photo with him.

Not sure what we'll be doing on 11-11-11, other than getting ready for Jake's birthday party on the 12th. Hopefully we'll find something interesting to do so I can scrap about it.

Well, one of my best friends is expecting her first grandchild on 11-11-11 so that might be exciting. The expectant Mom was our very first babysitter for 'Baby Robin' back in 1989.
And I do like the idea of a 'Day in the Life', too.
