My visitor last week has done a digital album online at one of the photo websites. She didn't know that you can get free digital scrapbooking kits online! I'd like to send her some links to blogs or websites with general or themed kits, nothing too grungy or complicated. It's been so long since I looked that I thought you all would know what is currently out there.

I agree with this list. As another general piece of advice, if your friend finds a digi scrap store that has designers that she likes, see if that designer has a blog. If you have a way to follow blogs easily (like in google reader or something similar), then you can often find good freebies from designers before they put them up for sale in the store.

jessica sprague offers very reasonable digital designs. she's going to be doing pinkpaislee digital designs, too.

Jessica Sprague's website also has some free digi files. To that list, I'd add the Raspberry Road blog - they have a lot of extras posted there.
