2011 May Themed Swap--Emboss Me Up!--Due May 31

DUE: In my hands on May 31, 2011 (pm or look in address thread for my address)

THEME: Emboss Me Up--please make your cards with some type of wet or dry embossing on the front of the card.

FORMAT: This is a 4 for 4 swap. You create 4 cards; you will get 4 cards back. Please only include envelopes if your cards are not standard size.

INCLUDE: Postage for the return and an address label or self addressed stamped envelope. I will try to reuse envelopes if I can.

I'm planning to play. But I'm about ready to throw my old Sizzix out the window. I've been wanting a Cuttlebug for a while and the past week has convinced me to just do it.

I hope to. What I did over the weekend was not turning out as I'd hoped, so it's back to the drawing board.

I have plans to do cards tonight, assuming that the weather clears up so DH can be out of the house flying R/C airplanes with his buddies. Embossing is one of the easiest things to do, so I really have no excuse for not doing this.

I got two finished up last night, should get the other two done tonight. Then I just need to find envelopes and drop 'em all in the mail tomorrow morning.

And I'm (FINALLY!) using some of Papillon for the cards. Was not inspired by this kit, but I figure cards are a good way to use up the paper, right?
