PSL Week 2 - Art Medium

Post by pbp908 »

Well, guess the digital medium is the brush.

The elusive Adam actually stood still long enough for a photo!

That's my issue too. I still bring paper in each month, without using anywhere close to what I bring in. I got into digi thinking it would be a way to quit buying paper. But that didn't work out. I realized that the collecting of paper was part of what I loved about papercrafting. So that hasn't exactly worked out according to plan.

I'm going back to using paper - there's just something so satisfying about inky hands, ripping paper and slicing photos. And it doesn't bother my wrist and fingers as much as that mouse does.

You've just described me too...... and like Pam, I just enjoy the inky, messy process of creating.

After working on a computer all week, it's a nice change to play with paper, scissors, and glue. I've enjoyed playing with paper since I was a kid.

I think there's just something relaxing about the creating process, whether you're a perfectionist personality, a totally freee spirit, or somewhere in between. What I really love seeing is everyone's take on the same thing.... I would love to do a challenge where we had the exact same products and then could see what everyone came up with... like the chunky courage swap on a larger scale. Hmmm..... something to ponder! :hijack:

Sorry to hijack your thread, Pam!! I do love those pictures of Miss Maddie in her Halloween costume.

I like the idea of a challenge where everyone uses the same thing. That's why I've enjoyed Christy's color challenges so much. Fun to see how each person interprets them.

This is tonight's offering. One is about all I'm good for right now.
