Color Challenge--Dusty Concord-Peeled Paint-Wild Honey & Bla

Post by ChristyB »

Ready for another color challenge???? We are going light this week
Week of 10/25
I took this from combining 4 different Tim Holtz Distress Inks

DUSTY CONCORD-PEELED PAINT-WILD HONEY & BLACK SOOT

So many of us have our favorite color scheme and we hardly ever leave that comfort zone. I know that often I get in a color rut and depsite all the colors I have at my fingertips I still go back to the old favorites.

Once in a while I will post a color combination for you to use for a piece of art that week, think of the different shades of those colors-light dark and in between
I don't care what you do, scrapbook page, tag, art journal entry, card, some altered piece, hell you want to paint your walls or yourself go for it. Paint, ink, paper, embellishments-use the scheme to create something.
Open to digi as well.

Make a piece and share it in the thread, paint a wall share it with us. No rules other than the color combo, no time limit, no right no wrong (even if you make it for a challenge elsewhere and it fits the scheme post it).

Who knows, maybe you'll find a new favorite color
so come on and create!!!!!

these are just general--

Will do. I'm sure that somewhere in this mess of maybe 100 stamp pads I can find a similar colors.

Its kind of a green. I have all the colors on a paper. I'll take a pic in the morning when the sun comes up to give y'all a better idea of these colors.

Ohmygosh, I don't have many of Tim's colors but I happen to have all four of these. Will try to fit the challenge.

remember--you don't need to have these inks. Translate it into paper, paint, make it work for you.

....and yes Julie I know these would be perfect for Halloween--I've got a princess and soccer zombie I'm going to need to scrap
