I've been working on this bracelet for my mom's birthday coming up in a couple of weeks and I finally finished it! Yeah! It was a little tougher than I anticipated, but I think it turned out pretty.

Thank you everyone for your kind words. I was beginning to hate it after I broke 2 beading needles and had to drag out the lighted magnifier to see what I was doing.

oops rachelle...I guess she will then...my kids used to like to banter with one another about "who mom liked best".....actually, they still do!

I need to get back to beading someday. One Christmas I got some really cool books on bead weaving. I looked though some of the simple patterns, and even those were intimidating. But I really want to try someday. I'd need a gross of beading needles before attempting anything like that though - they're so easy to break.. I can't seem to keep one around for more than about one project. LOL.
