Tim Holtz Compendium Challenge
Re: Tim Holtz Compendium Challenge
Both of those are very nice. I like the Valentine card best, tho.
Re: Tim Holtz Compendium Challenge
Great job, Jenn, but love the Valentine the mostest!
Re: Tim Holtz Compendium Challenge
I managed to get this week's done, just under the wire. I also tried inking up my texture fade before running it through the machine and I think I like!

Very nice!!
Re: Tim Holtz Compendium Challenge
We're winding down to the end of the CCC from Studio L3. I have 2 drawer fronts left to go and did number 10 for this week.
The earring tree was my piece from last week. I altered a photo tree and turned it into an earring tree for my handmade earrings.

It is ALL fantastic!! the drawer fronts are tooooo cool!!
Re: Tim Holtz Compendium Challenge
Those drawer fronts ROCK. I've been following your progress here and on your blog, and I think that's an ideal way to apply those techniques. Part of my problem with those techniques (just me) is that I'm practical down to the core, and just making something with a technique, without knowing what I'm going to do with the piece, winds up being a turn-off (in my screwed up head, art without an apparent home = clutter). That's why that cabinet is so incredibly appealing to me.
Thanks for posting this - I love it!

Re: Tim Holtz Compendium Challenge
So sorry. I keep forgetting to post my Compendium challenge here. So this is the Dimensional Collage Fragment as used on a scrapbook page for PSL. I used a business card, Tim's tissue tape, Tim's film ribbon and a Club Scrap/Michael Strong rubber stamp on Scholarship paper. The challenge is nearly over. I'm already working on my ideas for the last challenge.
The layout and description on are my blog. Thanks for looking.

Re: Tim Holtz Compendium Challenge
Everything posted is great. I love the 10th drawer, think that is such a cool project. I'd love to find a set of drawers about that size. I keep looking but haven't seen any yet.

This is the last challenge from Studio L3. Although I still have one more drawer front to go. The details are on my blog, but here is a pic of the latest drawer front.
