Cheryl, you'll be the week after Paula-2/17. I'll try to remind you on about Sunday. Oh, that will be the 14th. Seems to me we will have something doing that day on the forum....huummmm.

Here is Ruth Ann's original post about the Deck of Art. Get yourself a deck of cards or make your own. Work on the themes at your leisure in any order and post what you do in the appropriate topic. Anyone can join in the fun at anytime. No pressure, no deadlines, just for fun.

Okay, Let the games begin........................ lol..................Let's do the two of clubs and the
theme will be "lost love". This could be anything from your first true love (human) to your favorite memory that has faded, to a loved 4 legged friend, to the love of an item,,,,,ie--car, flower, house, yadda, yadda, yadda. You get the picture..........have fun!

Good one Paula! I will be ready on Sunday to post one. Got to pick a different card as Paula pulled out the one I was going to use.

I have created a separate topic for Paula's card. Let's keep our cards and comments under each card heading so everyone can find them months later when they decide to do the card. Ruth Ann did this last year for each week's card in this format:

Deck of Art-Number and Suit of Card-Theme-Due Date

and it worked well.

Observation-
Hearts are the leading favorite to be picked. The 6 is the only Heart left. Clubs are the next favorite-only 4 cards left to choose. then Diamonds and lastly, no one seems to like Spades. Only 4 of them have been played.

I hope it is all right for me to post the next one tonight. I am picking the King of Diamonds and freedom as the theme.

Is it too late to play? Sounds like great fun!
