What did you do with your PAO recipes for christmas?
What did you do with your PAO recipes for christmas?
I kept my book rather simple so I could actually use it...You can see that I took inspiration from one of my fav Tim tags...love that plaid technique.....and Julie S, I did use your sugar cookie recipe and it was good!

Oops---I forgot about mine. I bound it, but did not do a cover yet. Best get it out now, so I don't forget again! Might case yours RuthAnn, I like it!
Re: What did you do with your PAO recipes for christmas?
go for it Paula...I just used the easiest and coolest Tim technique from his tags...wanted it simple...kept it simple
Re: What did you do with your PAO recipes for christmas?
I was thinking of waiting to do anything to see if we did a couple more rounds, but now that I think about it, the pages I have are probably just about right to use the bind it all on...love your cover Ruth Ann...great choice!
Glad you liked the recipe RA...I didn't get to use any of them for Christmas, wasn't home this year...but I will. So many of the recipes looked yummy...and did I mention how beautiful all the pages were?

I figured if we did another recipe round sometime, I'd just make another book...this one is rather full with all the embellies and all...maybe an Easter one????? (It's the only other time I actually bake..LOL)

Beautiful books, you two!
Mine are where I put them when they came in the mail.
Is it Christmas yet? Why does it all feel like a blur?

Paula, I really like the way your plaid came out....
Re: What did you do with your PAO recipes for christmas?
Thanks, that technique is a lot of fun! I owe the cover to you
Re: What did you do with your PAO recipes for christmas?
Nicely done RA and Paula. I don't think I took a pic, but I also made them into a BIA book and gave them as a gift to my almost DIL, as she loves to bake for her family. She loves it, and has already tried some of the recipes.

I slid mine into a standard album but want to make a book of them. I don't have a BIA, but do have access to the comb binder at work. You're giving me some great ideas for the cover.

I haven't done it yet, but plan to BIA when I get a chance. They are sitting in a basket right now. Was going to use one of the one's from the swap as a cover but I like these two covers so much I may try that idea. Thanks for sharing ladies, both the covers were great.
