Julie H's Tags Completed!!

Post by capescrapper »

Hey all, I just thought I would jump in here and post my tag. I have not done #1 yet but did have to put the second together so I could make the cool rose. I was so excited with how it came out. His instructions are so detailed. :)

I didn't have the right stamps but I improvised by using a flourish stamp and made an oval mask to make the frame. Loved the perfect pearls look too. I will use that technique again. So neat!

Julie,
Your tag is awesome and I'm very impressed with your metal rose. Fantastic. When I got out of bed at 2AM to check today's tag, I knew there was no way I was going to tackle that project.

Great job.

Wonderful Julie! Your rose looks great. It was a little tough to bend those curls in, but I love that he gave us such good detailed instructions.

Thanks all!! It was a little tough to curl the petals but I am so glad I tried it. I think I may have to tweek all the remaining flowers I have so they have this kind of cool dimension!! :D

Those are gorgeous, Julie! Are some of those Michael Strong stamps? They look like his style.
