Rooms are reserved under “Re(create)”. I have 15 double non-smoking rooms reserved for us at $69.99 per night for both Friday & Saturday nights.

Conference Roomis available from 7 a.m until 11:30 p.m. - meals are up to the individual but options are plentiful.
Saturday
Conference Room is available from 7 a.m. until 11:30 p.m.
Lunch – An assortment of hearty sandwiches, side salad, homemade organic cookies & iced tea.
Supper – Hickory Smoked pulled pork BBQ, Mesquite smoked turkey breast, cole slaw, mac & cheese, side salad, hush puppies & apple cobbler
Sunday
Conference Room is available from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Lunch – A selection of three salads (Chicken Salad, Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Salad, or Albacore Tuna Salad) and your choice of two side salads served buffet style with fresh pita pockets, homemade organic cookies & iced tea.

All breakfasts are provided by the hotel.

Last stragglers out the door by 4 p.m.

Boy as much fun as I had and as much as I would love to come I am not sure I can make it on Palm Sunday weekend. Traffic to drive during spring break time could be really bad too. I may just have to wait and hope there is another get together in Oct.

I have tried that and I must be doing something wrong as when I preview all I get is words

Cheryl-- be sure to copy the "img" at the front and end of the words, as well as the brackets around it. Because it is code, I can't show you here, since it turns it into a picture.
