How do you make colored baby powder?
How do you make colored baby powder?
That isn't going to stain everything???
I need black, to cover adhesive.

You're getting hits but I think everyone is shaking their heads on this one. Just what are you trying to do? Maybe if we know what your project is someone will have an idea.

Re: How do you make colored baby powder?
I made one of the shoes that Donna posted. To attach the chording at the bottom and ric rack at the top I used my atg gun. It went on in a snap! BUT now it's all sticky. I like to brush baby powder on the extra adhesive so it isn't sticky anymore, but I'm afraid if I use white, it'll look white.
Re: How do you make colored baby powder?
Luanne, for the future...I adhered my hanging ribbons between the soles so I wouldn't have a problem and it wouldn't show...would that help later? still don't know what you mean by the cording?????
Re: How do you make colored baby powder?
me, I probably would have tried a drop of alcohol ink in a baggie with some BP. But Eyeshadow is good if you've got it...
Re: How do you make colored baby powder?
hehe and here i was thinking that you should use colored chalk shavings instead of baby powder hehe... but in all honesty I'd probably try my adhesive eraser first

I can usually roll up extra ATG adhesive with my finger and then pull it off.

Heh. Good tip. Though it never would have crossed my mind. I don't remember the last time I had any eyeshadow in the house (aside from the stuff Nicole got last year at Bibbity Bobbity Boutique). Chalk dust would be a good one for me though. We've always got chalk laying around.

Re: How do you make colored baby powder?
Someone on another thread suggested glitter - I'd love to see that!
Re: How do you make colored baby powder?
You could use black glitter--they sell it at Joanne's really cheap. I bought some when Bistro came out and everyone with a senior kit had those cool black rhinestones, and we had nothing with the stamp kit! I needed black bling!
