Water ATC

Here is an ATC I made for a swap a while back just never posted it..Ok, this was fun. I used light blue, aqua and white paint and brushed thru them across the ATC. After it dried, I went over it with gel medium and presto....Water! Used a Tim Holtz fragments and a white perm marker to add agua..

It was for the elements swap. Talk about being behind. At least I remember to scan it. Its always good to take the pics even if you dont post. You can always go back later. Except sometimes I forget how I made stuff...
