Aleenes tack it over and over Help

I am now using this method for my unmounted stamps Last night I put the tack over and over on the back of my stamps When I went to pick up my stamps today some had soaked through (not really) to the other side of my stamps. So the stamped image side has this sticky stuff on it.
Does anyone know how to get it off now that its on?

I had to take some of the Aleene's Tack O &O off the back side of stamps once and I soaked them in water and just used my thumb rubbing--got a blister too!! I did a dumb thing and put them down on the wax paper before they were completly dry so I had to get the wax paper off the back so that is the method I used.

Goo Gone or Undu works as well.

Rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip will work as well.
