Newbie but Oldie

Hello everybody
I'm new here - but I was told that I'll find a lot of people I already know, from the former CS forum and groups. For those who don't know me at all:
My name is Petra and I live in the UK with my husband Sean and our dog (Springer Spaniel) Chiefie (that's short for Miss Chief which was a wordplay on mischief, which is what she was as a puppy!). Originally, I come from Germany but have lived here for 13 years now and before that in South Africa, Hong Kong and Belgium. I love crafts and have done one thing or another most of my life, but had a break for about a year now due to lack of time from a new job and some OU studies. Just back into scrapbooking with my first layout which I'll upload next. Apart from scrapping I make some cards (used to make loads but when I started scrapping that volume went down and now I almost only make them for SfP, a charity crafts group I have been running for about 12 years now. I also love needlecrafts in different varieties - if it uses a needle, chances are I've tried it.
