Right click on the image and save it to your hard drive. The next depends what email system you are using. You would attatch it the same way as any other picture.

When you are saving the image, be sure to save it as a .gif and not .jpg. I just tested sending something with my Outlook to my yahoo account and it worked that way. I added the smilie by clicking on Insert, then on Picture, then clicking on the .gif file from my hard drive. Good Luck!
