I noticed on my big tonic cutter there is a small orange tray at the top for paper clips! LOL
Just noticing now - and of course never used it and never will - but have you?
Isn't that wild that something could be right in front of our face and just not see it?
I'e had this cutter for at least 3 years I'm thinking!

nope...it is definitely for paper clips....I had to walk across the room and look...it has a tiny paperclip symbol inside...lol!

I never paid much attention to it. I thought it was just decorative. I had to get up and go look at mine and while there is a paper clip imbedded in there, I think it's a handle too.
