We have mice on occasion. We also have three outdoor cats and they kill them. The lucky ones that get in have to face the wrath of Jen or the humane mouse trap my DH puts out.

Got him. I believe it was the Decon that got him. I found him/her in my closet belly up on the bottom row of my hanging shirts. Left him there for Steve to take and get rid of.

I don't blame you Laurie! We used to live in a farm house and I would throw away trap and all.

true story...when we first moved into current home...we had mice. For some reason kitty wasn't up to task?? I would see them walk across the floors (like they owned the place) so I started putting buckets over them and weighed them down with books..till hubby got home! LOL...So I had 3 buckets (really) overturned in my kitchen and I had to leave to show a house. My husband would return in the interim...so I put signs on the top of each bucket saying 'mice in here...your turn'. When I got home that night he met me at the door and said ' i'm convinced...you've lost your ##::** mind'.

When I was young, I rented a very old mobilehome and I had several mice. I put out the decon. When I came home from work a couple days later, there was one on top of a pillow on the couch. Guess he was taking it easy, taking a little nap, when the decon hit him.
