Another miracle for Joel today. He avoided the ventilator again!!!

Pam, I am glad you are starting to feel better. You and Joel are in my prayers. I am so sorry you are having to go through all this.

I got to come home last evening. Still weak and shaky and a sky high blood sugar with the steroids - but I’m home and resting with stand by oxygen.
So far, no breathing crisis for Joel this morning! He’s still in ICU - maybe another week but they told him his prognosis is “good”. Holding onto to every bit of good news.

Checking in. My blood sugar hates these steroids but I’m still seeing breathing improvement on them. Going to attempt a short walk today. Plenty of oxygen if I need it.

Joel has a blood clot in his lung so they’ll be monitoring him even more carefully. I miss him so much. One week in the hospital for him as of today.

Mia and I are going to start our JYC albums today. I don’t have many photos but will just work on some pages. I hope to have Zain & Harris help me make tags this week. I have Farley’s challenge to inspire us.

Back to bed for a while. Thanks again for all the prayers and encouragement!!
