Last 2010 layout!

Post by kacarr61 »

Of course I have hundreds of completed layouts for 2011 - 2020 but not in albums. Happy to get 2010 into six albums and on the shelves. I tried white diecuts on white background and like how it turned out.

I like the white on white too and how the red pops.

That’s great Kathy! Last year I planned to finish 2014 and to be honest, I don’t know if I did or not. Will have to check when I’m home.
The white on white is a very nice look.

Congratulations! I always feel a HUGE sense of accomplishment when I finish up a year, or even a half of a year, and get those layouts in an album and on a shelf. I currently have a sporadic collection of 2017-2021 done, but not enough contiguous to put into an album.

I've never tried the white on white (or whatever color) die cut trick, but I like it. I'm going to make a note to try that sometime too.

Kathy this looks great! Love the white on white.
I've always prided myself on putting my layouts in albums as soon as I finish them, but as I contemplate the Great Album Reorganization of 2021 (which was originally the Great Album Reorganization of 2018, LOL), kind of wish now they were just in stacks waiting to go into albums. At some point, knowing that was the plan, I quit worrying about which album the pages went into; now, depending on what I'm looking for it's a bit of a scavenger hunt. One day.
