The Amazing Digital Scrapbook Race
Re: The Amazing Digital Scrapbook Race
You gals rock! Go PAOist go! Go PAOist go! Keep up the good work and surely y'all will win!
Re: The Amazing Digital Scrapbook Race
Challenge #4 is to create an "artsy" page with heartfelt journaling. "Artsy" was defined as altered photos, glitter, paint splats, brush strokes, etc OR ephemera on the layout.
I used the paint splatter from CS Old World Christmas kit. The glass buttons are from digiscrappers, and the ephemera are from Lunagirl. I am hoping that my journaling qualifies...I should know in a couple of days. If it doesn't, I have until Sunday to fix it.

Oh, Chris, It's beautiful and the journaling sure seems heartfelt to me!
Re: The Amazing Digital Scrapbook Race
I Just completed both challenge 3 and 4 and uploaded for the race but here you can see what I did too.
The I Love You layout is changed from the submission that I made to DAT at Club Scrap and was the first layout I uploaded at NDSB.
The second one is like Chris' - artsy fartsy. Photo is Ariauna being a flower girl at a wedding in Sandringham England last June.
Enjoy

Amazing Digital Work Ladies!
Chris - I like your journaling and what you said about your boys. It is true. But how hard that must be not to spoil them. One look at ya with their dreamy eyes and I would give in everytime!

Here is my Challenge 5 submission:
We had to create a layout using 3 photo frames, but NO photos on the layout at all. I used two "traditonal" frames and one bead frame
Club Scrap Sparkle: Diamond stud, sparkle brush, Happy Birthay, You Glow Girl
Cafe Date by Irene Alexeexva at Scrap Orchard: Bling dangle
all other elements/frames/papers: Belle de Nuit by Irene Alexeeva

Re: The Amazing Digital Scrapbook Race
And here is our challenge 6
One of us had to take a layout done by the other, rotate and play a bit and use exactly the same number of elements. I used Chris's submission from earlier in the race and turned it into this.
