What democratic leader started this fund?

I hadn't heard of this, Jill, but I'm not necessarily in favor of any government entity creating a fund for one ethnicity or group without truly understanding why and having a say in it via a vote of the citizens.

I'm glad they have a fund it but I don't think it should
of been opened by a political party

Since a huge part of the funds raised by BLM go to the Democrat party, I can only surmise who started it.

of the officials told a friend and it got around.

there are close to 90,000 results, with accounts created
throughout the world. I don't think the Democratic party
would even need to think about starting a fund
