May 2020 BUJO - Completed!
May 2020 BUJO - Completed!
The stickers were a little late getting shipped but I did some catching up tonight. I feel lost now without my BUJO, LOL. Goofy since I use my phone as well but I love writing down everything.
So the Monthly Overview spread...I got a bit carried away while I was awaiting the stickers. I first colored in just the top area but it looked wrong so I colored it all in. Happy I did and then added the puffy white clouds. Today the stickers arrived so I dressed it up and made 3 more spreads. More to come soon.

I enjoy not only seeing your decorated pages, but also reading your entries. Does that make me the cyber equivalent of someone who goes for a walk and looks in peoples' front windows? I'm curious about "Grandma's Library" LOL.

Thanks everyone! Planning With Kay stickers are just so amazing. She creates from scratch each month a new theme of stickers. She's on Patreon and I'm a patron so I get the full Patron set each month automatically. Her videos on how she creates her stickers on her iPad is astounding. She does live streams that will go up to 2 hours as she creates and chats with viewers. Very fun and impressive.
Links below to her shop and a great YouTube video of her actual BUJO for May using the Tulips collection. You will see how involved hers is compared to mine. But thats what I like about BUJOs is that there are no rules, just use what works for yourself.

Keitha Grandma's Library: My step-daughter Julia asked if I would like to read to her 8 and 6 year old over FaceTime. Sure! So I'm gathering my mom's fairy tale books from her childhood as well as all the books she gave me actually as an adult. We both loved various styles of illustrations regardless of the story. Every Christmas she would give me a special book. So the kids will each choose a book for me to read to them once I get photos of them all and send to them. It's one of my "tasks" this week.
I love making and using my BUJO. More pages to be made still.

Farley, what a fabulous idea! I've no doubt both you and your grandkids will cherish both the stories and the memories from your reading time.paddlegal wrote:Keitha wrote:I enjoy not only seeing your decorated pages, but also reading your entries. Re: May 2020 BUJO - Competed!
Worked most of this evening finishing up the May BUJO. I completed the last 3 weekly spreads plus a page to track weather (because I’m geeky that way) and a brain dump and order tracker page. The weather page was a Kay printable. The last photo is of my exploding journal (with Kay in the background on her YouTube channel) that has enough pages still to do June in. But it’s getting difficult working on the left hand pages. I have a very pretty new journal awaiting to be broken in. Tempted to just jump into it.
