Challenge #6 LOs

Post by pbp908 »

I didn't do any journaling on this LO because it's actually a companion page to another LO. There is tons of space for it to be added and I felt that this would be a good jumping off page for inspiration.

The flowers!
It’s a very pretty page. I like the soft colors.

This prompted me to use some chipboard embellishments!! I may have gone a little overboard!

Not even close to overboard! It’s a very nice page.

I don’t think I strayed too far. This is one of my favorite page designs.

A simple layout of Oliver. I used a bit of the flag bunting idea as well.

Debbie - I like how you used the map. I have a few of them in my “inventory” but never seem to make them work. Might have to make an effort to use at least one!

Pat - i really like the colors you used and very creative use of the banner!

Here's mine. I loved Pat's patterned border and went with an 8 1/2 x 11 to do that. This is all from an older CS kit.

Great idea to use the 8 1/2 x 11 paper!

My turn. My inspiration was Gwen's layering and photo placement. And, just by coincidence, I also pulled out some old CS paper.

I enjoy these challenges so much because they make me venture outside my safe little box; single photo layouts are always a challenge for me...although now I see the original had two!

I hope these challenges don’t stop!
