Amazon WishList for Ocracoke School

I've created a WishList with school supplies for the Ocracoke School classrooms. I've been busy writing to companies, too.... but also wanted to give folks a way to give to the school if they want to. This list is posted on my FB page and in the Re-create group, too so it can be shared everywhere! :-)

I just can't imagine the teachers having to start from scratch... right now almost all of the classrooms are just gutted frames... everything had to be thrown out.

They got good air quality test results back on 3 buildings on the island. They started sch9ol Wednesday. Yay!!

Actually... that tidbit of info about school starting was wrong... but they DID start back to classes... in several different buildings... on Monday!!

And... folks are starting to buy things from the Amazon wish list... so that's cool.

Feel free to spread the info about that to your friends, too. More people need to hear that part of the US was severely impacted by Dorian. Seems that lots of people even in NC haven't heard about it.
