Say Bye to our old Bridge

It's starting to be taken down... look closely at the smaller bridge in the foreground... there's quite a bit gone already.

There's a mix of sadness and relief. Sure glad it's coming down before something bad happened and someone got hurt.

Like you, I’m so glad nothing tragic happened before the new one opened. The new one is surprisingly easy for me to drive across. The one being built now better not be scary! As if that would stop me. Great photo Debi!

It was so sad to see the old one next to the sprawling new bridge , but good for you Islanders!
