They are doilies, Debbie. I ordered them from Freckled Fawn last year.

Debbie, Cake decorating stores have doilies in all shapes, sizes and different colors.

I had a go at making the little book with 6x6 papers.The colours are really a lot prettier than they look here! I found a pack called Fairy Belle that I hadn't used at all and the 24 papers will have all been used up, by the time I make some tags and journaling blocks to go in the pockets. Yay! I've finally Killed a Kit! Now I've got to get out some pearls, butterflies and other embellishments to finish it off.
