Another Day, Another Issue

Post by pbp908 »

There I was, happily scrapping and found I hadn't printed a photo I need. The :censor: cat did it again - chewed through the power cord for my photo printer. :-o Mouse cables, power cords, printer cables, chargers - anything low voltage. One day he's going to bite the other side of the transformers and that'll spell the end of his chewing days.

I sent Epson a funny service request notice. The online request asks for a detail of the issue. Then it asks what steps were taken to try to fix the issue - I typed in "Threw the cat outside." The techs loved it.

As soon as the replacements come I'll finish Christmas. Until then I'm searching for the stacks that I already had printed.

One of our cats had decided my ear buds belong to him. He tries to steal them. Cats & cords, go figure.
I’m sure Customer service folks rarely get to read anything funny. You probably made their whole week.

I'm glad dogs aren't as prone to chewing on cords, etc... or Chevie would be locked in one little room with no cords in sight. LOL

And.. yep... I'm sure you made the tech's day!!

I've thankfully never had a cat who chewed cords, but what a pain in the rear for you!!

Our new one hasn't started doing that yet! Her favorite thing is chasing her tail.

She may not, Cheryl. This is the first cat I've had that does this. He's stranger than Psycho Sam.
