I've been coloring an Altenew poinsettia stamped image and reminding myself that I like my coloring techniques with my pencils. I've been my own worst enemy with coloring since the Copics became so popular, as it seems like everyone else can do a better coloring job than me in my head. But I also don't like markers in general, so pencils are my medium of choice. I'm playing purely to rediscover my love of coloring, just seeing an image come to life for me. I love seeing what people do with Copics, but I need to find my happy with being me when I do things. ... and now that I've done my little whine for the moment...
time to make another cup of tea!
