Holiday decorating
I realize not everyone decorates this early but when you do, please post a picture so we can admire each other’s handiwork.
Other than a pine cone garland on the mirror in our front bath, and bells on the front door, this was all I got done today.

That looks beautiful, Pam. Love the truck with the tree in it.
Re: Holiday decorating
I always wished I had a fireplace to decorate - you did a beautiful job
Re: Holiday decorating
Your fireplace is wonderful!
Re: Holiday decorating
Where are all the pictures? I know I’m not the only person who’s done any decorating?

I'm working on it!
Right now I'm trying to find the tree skirt and a huge container of Santa Clauses. I do have wreaths up, if that counts. Why does this entail removing every single thing from my closet???

Re: Holiday decorating
I just bought the new 7.5’ pre-lit LED clear lighted tree. Yay! I should have it up by this weekend. I’ll post here soon.

Still haven't found the tree skirt, and I did manage to get a few things up. Everything that's displayed at Christmas has a story attached to it or they're handmade by me.
All of these are in the living room.
The red door. And the Nativity. I made these in a ceramics class more years ago than I like to remember.

Re: Holiday decorating
A few other parts of the house.
This is the arch between the dining and living rooms. You'd think after painting a red dining room I would have learned my lesson. And the Santa shelf in the den. Only two of these were not made by me - the small quilted Santa, which I purchased while visiting Jim at WCU, and a Santa that my MIL was working on when she passed away. Six of us would meet every Monday night at Bonnie's house to craft. Everyone in the group contributed to finishing it after she died and presented it to me. Her Santa is the 3rd one from the left.

All very nice, Pam. You definitely have a red thing going, the sofa will fit right in!
