I realize today can be difficult for all the reasons but I also know that you all are great moms and deserve a shout out. Even those who are moms of fur babies. You all are better moms than many moms of human babies.

Hope you all have time to do something fun. My Kenanis taking his mom to the trampoline park. Don’t be jealous!

I'm having a good day. I made a card this morning, have been puttering around the house, did a load of laundry and will be taking my husband to the airport shortly. On the way home I will take a small detour and stop at Tuesday Morning and then pick up Mexican food for my son and I. Then I will park myself in front of the TV for the rest of the night. I did receive some beautiful flowers from my youngest, but don't expect to hear from my oldest until next week, as he is currently at a destination wedding in Scotland.

Thanks, Pam. I did give my 2 dachshunds baths this morning. They did not make me breakfast, but did indicated that they would be willing to share mine.

Chevie didn't make me breakfast either, but she shared my toast. We went to church with Peggy and then went to brunch.

Went out to breakfast this morning so that is good. Fixing those shrimp & scallops that I got Friday for dinner tonight. Had those crab cakes last night. Yummy!

Since my son is in the midst of law school finals we had a low key Mom’s Day which I actually prefer. He did however make me a fabulous card on his computer wihich I look forward to each Mom’s Day. I must take a pic of it and share it. He’s so clever and one sweet son. Charley and I also went out briefly so he could take a break to of all places...Baskin/Robbins! Yes this vegan girl had a milk shake and I lived to tell the tale.
