I'll also bring bathroom trash bags and K cups - probably Community and/or 8 o'clock coffee. Oh and wine.... :drunk: !

I’ve started packing and I know where my “to take” list is. I know.
Usually I’ve lost my list by now. Quite a few items are still packed from last year. That probably means I have too much stuff. Or that I have duplicates of most of my tools.

I've been packing. I have two boxes in our spare bedroom and a couple of containers in my craft room. I am so looking forward to getting away. I just hope I can make the whole time.

I finally felt well enough this weekend to get some housework done AND started preplanning some layouts... getting photos and paper together first... then I'll add embellishments to the pile. That's the goal.... use some paper and embellishments!!! Trying to use up some paper pads.... 12x12 and pulling out some 6x6 ones too... sure felt good to be semi-crafty!!

Those of us who got visors last year... don't forget to bring it so you can wear it out in the bright sun!! :-)

(ok... no guarantees on the bright sun... but I sure hope it's as pretty as it was this weekend... it was gorgeous!!)

And the visors were good for the sun shining in above the glass doors at the work tables for those closer to the doors.

How many cases of bottles of water do you think we've had in the past? I can always get more mid-week, but I'm thinking about picking up 3 to get y'all started.

I just never paid attention to how many bottles of water were consumed. Anyone have any ideas? LOL

Are you sure? I picked up several the other day when Kroger had a super sale on them. I wanted to stock up in case we have a storm (Ihope not) this summer.

Yep.... I'm sure.... I signed up for water since it's heavy and bulky and I don't have to pack my car with everything for a week... LOL

Don't forget..... the Dollar General store in town has quite a variety of things.... in case you forgot to bring something with you. And there are a couple more local stores that have lots of things. We're not that far from Avon (15 miles) with more stores and restaurants (if you're tired of the local ones) ....

About the only thing we don't have anymore is the scrapbook store.... but maybe the craft store in Manteo started stocking scrapbooking supplies. They said they weren't doing it because there was a scrapbook store and they didn't want to compete with that. They bought some things from her once she was closing... so maybe they're going to add things, too. We can check that out if we head into Manteo for some sightseeing!
