Thanks, Keitha. I'm so glad that my niece and I shared all the photos we took. I would have missed remembering so much without having her photos too.

Okay, not the best picture in the world, but proof that I am scrapbooking and using my kit. ;)

Oh my such busy scrappers today! While I’ve been literally spending all day on this double LO you all have been so productive.

Keitha your BG/train LO is fabulous. The perfect colors for your photos and subject.

Monica...wow! You really went to town today. And yes, that blurred photo of you spinning about is terrific.

Pam, adorable LOs and how could they be any less with those adorable children.

So I got a little carried away (since Pam told me...er suggested I cut out a coffee cup or two) and cut a dozen plus coffee cups and to go cups. I hate to tell you how many changes these LOs went through before I settled on what you see. I started at 11 this (Saturday) morning and it’s nearly midnight!

I think I need to simplify my LOs. But first off, I selected the papers and once I had the coffee theme in hand there was no turning back. I figured a little homage to my Ruby Espresso Machine was in order. I never used any stamps but I did use alpha stickers for “Ruby”. The rest I hand lettered. The white lettering is a bit pudgy but the Posca paint marker did the job nevertheless.

The one thing I do like are all the cups that form the bottom border on both pages. I wanted to show all of my coffee preferences but not enough room so I just choose my latest favorite “Black Rifle Coffee Company” which I joined as a monthly club member. Every month I get 32 oz of AK Espresso. I love their logo...Coffee or Die! :coffee3: :coffee3: :coffee3: And for the record Black Rifle is a company owned by Vets and staffed by Vets which pleases me no end.

Thanks Pam for this challenge. I don’t think I’m going to get 2 more LOs out of my “kit”. But I am going to search for a few older photos and try to create another kit for them.

Another great page Monica. For the square photos are you cropping them, or were they taken in that format? I don't bother with Instagram but am debating if I want to set my phone to take square photos anyway, just for a change from my camera.
I'm in the process of scrapping my daughter's and my epic Route 66 trip, and I'm also pulling from all the photos that she and I took. The only challenge is I wish we'd had the foresight to sync the time/date on our various cameras; between two cameras and two phones all with different settings it's easy to miss some when they don't all show up in Organizer together. Yesterday while looking for a specific photo I came across a few for a page I've already scrapped which were untagged. Now I want to dig that page out and see if any of these are better, LOL.

You all are wonderful! Look at those amazing pages! I’m on the front porch taking a break. 12 wheelbarrows of mulch loaded, unloaded, and spread and Im not half way finished yet. It looks so good even at this point so that keeps me motivated. I might have four more left in me.

I’m so tired...8 more loads and I’m finished. The job isn’t done but I sure am. Showered, ibuprofen, glasses of water, and a rest. I have two more pages I’d love to get done today. Maybe I can prop myself up that long.

Monica, your layout is great. I love that starry paper.
Farley, what a great idea to do those pages. Coffee has become such a part of our culture and my how it’s evolved! I wonder what our grandkids will use to make their cups of joe?

This is a very fun LO Pam. I like how he took the selfie.

You are Wonder Woman with the mulch. Don’t hurt yourself hauling all that stuff.

I have a standing appointment with the chiropractor tomorrow!

I’m not comfortable with layering scraps to make a background but here’s another using that technique. Better to have them on a page than filling up my scrap basket. I still have two full sheets left. Not sure how that worked out but I think I need to rebuild my kit for my next group of photos. I have too much pink!

Love the way you're embracing the spirit of the class and using those scraps Pam; I'd have reached for papers from my stash I'd rather use. I hear you on the pink; one reason I don't buy a lot of the new product that's out there. Those are great photos of Joel and Harris.

LOVE the coffee layout, Farley! The handcut cups along the bottom really tie it together perfectly. Oh, and after you first mentioned that coffee company I bought a box of K cups as a gift for my Mayor. She's now hooked! And the answer to the square photos is I cropped them. The original sketch had all 6 cropped but I took creative license with the last one.

Pam, great pages! You are kicking that kit's butt and getting those memories scrapped. And I second that you take care not to hurt yourself doing yard work.

I'm hoping to get another page or two done today. Had an appointment to do my taxes, which was a higher priority.... sigh.
