Finished my prototype and now just need to do some more coloring and die-cutting and then assembly. Yay!! I used Farley's folded card idea but I won't post it there til they arrive at everyone's mailboxes.

Had to change my card design.... those cool folding cards were going to be too time-consuming to get finished in time. But... I'll post my prototype in that thread once y'all get these cards. I think I would have had to find or make envelopes too... since they don't fit in a standard envelope.... thought about a 5' x 7' one, but that wouldn't work either, I don't think. LOL

But... my cards are finished.. yay!!! tried coloring with the Spectrum Noir markers and I need to figure out how to really make them blend more... I even used Spectrum Noir paper, but that didn't seem to make things any better... they colored well, but the color didn't blend like I wanted it to with some of the colors. I'm glad I didn't spend $50 a set on those... LOL

I had a good start on mine but I came down with the flu Monday night. I feel like hell and the timing is awful. Late with your cards, missed today’s first raptor survey and there’s a memorial for a dear friend Saturday. Hoping I’m fit to go.

Last Saturday I did the julie Ebersole class. Me and 25 other women. I’m sure half were sick. So here I am sharing the same supplies and germs.

I’m so sorry my cards will be late. As soon as I feel like being vertical I’ll get back to them.
