I love it when the heather on the moors is in bloom. We start looking for the first hint of pink in late June, and by August it has transformed the greenish grey moors into a vast expanse of purple. I used digikits from CS and Daisytrail.

It's beautiful. The creamy yellow works so well with the colors in the pictures.

So I'm just discovering this challenge thread at the END of summer, but I love every layout posted here! I agree that Pam P definitely knows how to make winter pretty. Frozen treats, baseball, and time outdoors is what defines summer where I'm from, and like Pam C, summer is booke-ended by the opening and closing of public pools on Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.
