I'm so glad I was able to find that out for everyone!

I have to admit, it was a thrill [for me] to see it's beacon at dusk...I was mesmerized. Yeah, that's what it was...mesmerizing!

We could make it an evening excursion during the week.

Or we could stop at the Bodie Island lighthouse on Thursday night on our way home from the alcohol ink class.

Debi & Mike are keeping an eye on the place. Mike is installing towel racks. Owners had some maintenance work done on it this week. Still hoping the cleaning is done early today. Debi will let us know if she can get the keys early.

Hehe, just watch out for the snakes! That is where we (hubby & I) saw that rattler last year.
