By the way, Pam, that mural in the top Layout on this page...is that by Keith Haring. Or a copycat?

I'm sorry, I don't know. We were parked right in front of it on a side street. The one with my mom & Mandee was on the other side of the street. I might be able to find the street name if that would help?

Nah, I just wondered if that was his work. Looks familiar.

You piqued my interest - here's a link - https://cyclotram.blogspot.com/2015/08/ ... mural.html

The one across the street is called "To Oregon with Love" by Blain Fontana (8-2014).

Thanks for asking. I'm going to add these details to my pages.

I'm sure the area is very pretty to visit - I can like a place for it's beauty!

I don't know the Dublin Murder Squad.

I do like Agatha Raisin mysteries and vow to visit the Cotswold's at some time.

Seattle... hmmm, G.M. Ford Leo Waterman mysteries and J.A. Jance's J.P. Beaumont series is a favorite....

Tried to use up some scraps from my desk but the pile never looks smaller somehow.
Rachelle, have you ever been to Troutdale? Charming little town.
The top photo kind of weirds me out. I can't see my reflection in the mirror.

Those scraps look like my scraps!

Nice layout. Looks like another cute little town.

Enjoying all your LOs Pam. So many little towns in the PNW have that "back in time" look. Much of it unfortunately due to their economy. But the scenery is unique and gorgeous. So many wonderful memories of our camping trips up there when Charley was young.

That's funny, I've never had a desire to read Jance's J.P.Beaumont series, although her Joanna Brady series in AZ is a favourite of mine. Both detectives did make an appearance together in one book.

Pam, I'm enjoying seeing all your layouts of your trip, and the great way you use your embellishments. The pile of stuff on your desk looks a lot more interesting than the pile on mine!
Kathryn.

Another fun layout, I like your colour palette. Do you know who makes the chevron paper you used for the background?

That's from an old Crate Paper collection. Oh Darling from 2013.
