Such great pages - the photo of you getting on the ship is wonderful! And your little dog too
My cousin works at Boeing (my aunt said he runs things there - HA HA) but he does do something with the Union.

'The Rock' was designed to honor in life-size 7-figures from Ketchikan's past: Chief Johnson, The Logger; The Fisher, The Miner, The Aviator, A Native Elder Woman, and an Elegant Lady. The principle artists were David Rubin, Terry Pyles and Judy Rubin.

Awesome Debbie! Are you doing any particular program? I am really having a terrible time trying to get back on track. Mind mind is not cooperating.

My mentors for this lifestyle change are our very own Pam Cook and Farley! They have helped me immensely and steered me in the right direction. I never feel deprived and feel better than I ever have! I was dx with pre diabetes and that was the wake up call for me.

This is our son who lives in Roy, WA. We visited him and his family on the way to catch our cruise boat for Alaska.

Yes Benji is a Cairn Terrier and so was Toto. He's got the best personality and so smart. He goes on my walks with me and is so darn happy the whole way. I love him to pieces!

Here is our Juneau whale watching trip. It was the best part of the cruise. We had a marine biologist on our whale watching boat and she was so thrilled we got to see the whale bubble feeding. It's a very cool process that she explained in depth. Each whale has their assigned duties during this bubble feeding.
That photo on the first page middle bottom was a whale blowing. He/she was so close it scared the heck out of me.
